Alexander Technique

The Alexander Technique practical method of re-education which promotes freedom and ease of movement, by improving balance, support and coordination and reducing unnecessary tension.
It works on the underlying cause of most musculo-skeletal problems such as neck and back problems, and also breathing and stress-related disorders
Dee Fitzgerald (BA, MSTAT) has been a fully qualified Alexander Technique practitioner since 1994 .
Alongside private practice, she has taught The Alexander Technique for 5 years in a drama school, and since 2000 has worked with chronic pain patients for Kingston NHS trust.
She charges £30 per half hour session
